Alison offers a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients feel supported in navigating life’s most challenging moments. Her therapeutic style is grounded in empathy and insight, while also being practical and goal-oriented. She works with individuals and couples to manage anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, chronic stress, grief, and life transitions.
With a focus on professionals and entrepreneurs in high-pressure environments, Alison helps clients build emotional resilience, set boundaries, and find balance between their personal and professional identities. In couples work, she guides partners toward deeper connection, improved communication, and healthier conflict resolution.
CLINICAL EXPERIENCE & TRAINING
Alison is currently a psychoanalytic candidate at the Training Institute for Mental Health, bringing depth-oriented insight into her work. She has received advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), integrating these approaches to best support each client’s goals and needs.
Her broad clinical experience allows her to tailor treatment thoughtfully—whether she’s helping someone process loss, navigate career stress, or strengthen a partnership.
ON WEEKENDS
Outside of session, Alison enjoys unplugging from city life by spending time in nature, exploring new creative outlets, and connecting with loved ones. She believes in practicing what she teaches—carving out time for joy, reflection, and rest.
