CLINICAL APPROACH
Brittany brings a grounded, relational style to therapy—supportive, honest, and deeply attuned. She helps clients navigate the complexities of grief, dating and relationships, sex and intimacy, career stress, confidence, self-worth, and women’s health. Her sessions offer a safe and validating space where clients can explore not just what’s happening in their lives, but how they relate to themselves and the world around them.
Trained in psychoanalytic and relational psychotherapy, Brittany helps you uncover patterns beneath the surface and build a more authentic relationship with yourself. She also brings specialized experience in cancer support and women’s health, offering medically informed psychotherapy to those facing illness-related stress or transitions.
In session, Brittany is known for being direct, supportive, and fully present. She holds you accountable while championing your growth every step of the way.
CLINICAL EXPERIENCE & TRAINING
She completed her clinical training from a psychoanalytic perspective and has since expanded her work to include medical and relational specialties, including training in cancer support. Her holistic perspective allows her to work comfortably with clients navigating both emotional and physical challenges.
ON WEEKENDS
Brittany can be found on weekends at a work out class, doggy-sitting her family dogs, and hanging with her Fiancé.
