21 sessions to a better you

therapy isn’t meant to be forever, it’s meant to support you right now

One of the biggest complaints of people new to therapy is that they feel there is no end once you begin. We believe therapy isn’t just a safe space, it is a catalyst for change that requires time and accountability.

This is why we provide a unique approach to therapy unlike other practices. While clients can meet weekly for as long as they’d like, we want to see you empowered not dependent.

After your initial session, we suggest you meet with your therapist:

  • weekly for 3 months

  • twice a month for 3-6 months depending on the goals determined at first session

  • once a month for 3 months

  • then as needed

    clients see their therapist for approximately 21-27 sessions before achieving goals and feeling empowered to leave our therapeutic program as the best version of themselves.
