Hi, I'm Catherine

Hi! I’m Catherine. I’m an individual and couples’ therapist, based in NYC. I specialize in working with adults who are seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and body image. As my client, I will help you understand yourself and your reactions to create and maintain healthy relationships. I can also help you navigate identity, self-esteem, and habit development. My practice is rooted in LGBTQIA+ affirming, body positive, sex positive, and anti-racist care.

My Approach

My approach to therapy is based on collaboration. It’s my goal to support you in setting and accomplishing your own goals. I will guide you using strategies and tools such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Relational Analysis, and mindfulness-based techniques to find what works best for you.
